What is Floorscape
Twenty-five years on Australian concrete.
Founded in 2001 as part of ProGrind, a name that became synonymous with polished concrete floors across Australia. The hard work before the polish, demolition, cleaning, and floor preparation, was the difference between a floor that lasted and a floor that didn't. ProGrind built the discipline. The slab gets read first, every time.
By 2005, ProLift was a force of its own, trading independently under Prolift Australia Pty Ltd, ABN 78 112 487 224. For twenty-plus years since, we've helped solve, clean, and perfect concrete floors all over Australia. The work is substrate-first. The bill matches the page.

Bill Vergeer. Engineer first, finisher second.
Bill is an engineer by training. He came up through underground mining in the early 1990s, working on continuous haulage IP that became three patents: US2250933A, EP0683121A1, and AU 702719. Read the ground first, design the system second. The discipline carried straight into concrete.
He took that habit to the surface in 2005 under Prolift Australia Pty Ltd. Slab walks before numbers. Substrate reads before specs. A crew small enough to hold the same standard on every job. Westfield, Probuild, Multiplex, John Holland, Kane, Fulton Hogan, Hansen Yuncken, and Built have all called Bill onto problem slabs the in-house team would not warranty.
