Payment terms, plain English.
New trade partners run first-job-cash. Established partners with a payment record run net-7 or net-14. Bill reviews every application personally.
Stage one
First job cash
Invoice on the day of completion. Payment cleared before we book the second job. Builds the credit relationship.
Stage two
Net 7
Invoice on completion, payable in seven days. Available after one completed job paid on time.
Stage three
Net 14
Invoice on completion, payable in fourteen days. Available to trade partners with three or more on-time payments.
5 percent late fee on net-7 or net-14 accounts overdue by seven days. Disputes raised within seven days of completion with photo evidence will be re-inspected and made good. Trade portal access is sent by Bill or Dave manually after we approve your application. There is no public self-service login.
