Failed DIY epoxy? We strip it. We restart. We warrant the result.
Bunnings kit went wrong. Roller marks, peel, lifting at the edges. We treat the existing coating as a published delivery escalator, remove it, and finish the slab properly.
- Failed DIY epoxy specialists

- Strip and recoat in one engagement
- 10 year warranty from new prep
Why this fits you
The three reasons diy rescue customers engage Floorscape.
We have seen it all
Roller-mark stripes, lifting at the slab edge, milky topcoat from a wet day, blistering over moisture. Most failed DIY jobs are coating-system failures, not slab failures. We diagnose first, then fix.
The delivery is transparent
Coating removal is published at $25 to $55 per square metre, depending on what we are stripping. You see the number before you book. No 'we will see what we find' caveat.
Warranty from clean concrete
Once the failed coating is removed and the slab is reprepped, the 10 year Floorscape warranty starts as if the slab was new. Same warranty, fresh start.

Common questions
- The coating-removal escalator is $25 to $55 per square metre, depending on what we are removing. Tile and thick epoxy cost more than a thin sealer. The mid-range applies for most failed DIY kits.
- Yes. Once we strip back to clean concrete, the slab is treated as a standard Tier 1 substrate. The finish reads exactly the same as a fresh slab.
- Tile, carpet glue, paint, and old sealers all fall under the coating-removal escalator. Send a photo at the quote stage and we will price it precisely.
- If we find deep cracks or large patched areas under the failed coating, the heavy-prep escalator applies on top. That is published at $30 to $90 per square metre.
- Day one: strip and prep. Day two: install. Total two days on site for a typical double garage.
