Common questions
- Polyaspartic, epoxy, and decorative quartz. Hospitality wants quartz for slip resistance. Retail wants polyaspartic for fast cure. We carry both inventories.
- Standard mobilisation is 2 to 3 weeks. Rush is inside 7 days at a 20 percent rush escalator. We hold one rush slot per fortnight.
- Yes, where the head contract requires it. The weekend-or-evening delivery escalator (30 percent) applies, but is often absorbed in the head-contract margin.
- We sign typical sub-trade contracts. We do not accept retentions over 5 percent or hold periods above 6 months without escalation. See the engagement letter.
