Tier 1 Home
New-build garages, finished to the builder's date.
Clyde, Officer, Pakenham. The standard fit for new-build corridors. We schedule against the builder's PC date and finish before settlement.
- Booked against your builder's PC date
- South-east corridor specialists
- Published Tier 1 prices
- Settlement-ready finish
Why this fits you
The three reasons new build corridor customers engage Floorscape.
Schedule that survives the build
We slot the install against the builder's practical-completion date. If the build slips, we shift. The finish lands before settlement.
Standard new-build pricing
Most new-build slabs are flat, dry, and uncoated. That makes them Tier 1 standard at the published price. No hidden delivery escalators on a builder's slab.
Volume builders welcome
If you are buying with Metricon, Henley, Carlisle, Burbank, Boutique, or AV Jennings, we have done the slab type. We know the quirks of the corridor.

Three questions: suburb, garage size, finish. The price is the same as the inner east. We just plan the schedule differently.
Common questions
- Yes. We provisionally hold a slot against the practical-completion date. If the date moves, we shift. No deposit forfeit when the slip is the builder's.
- If the builder wants us in their handover schedule, we send them the prep specification and the install window. Most are happy to leave the garage to us.
- No. Epoxy is a non-structural finish on the slab. The structural warranty stays with the builder. Our 10 year coating warranty stacks on top.
- Yes. Tier 1 published price is one number across our service area. Out-of-zone escalator only kicks in beyond 25 km from Monbulk.
- Absolutely. Showroom is the brightest, most reflective finish. It pairs well with a fresh slab that has not seen tyre marks.
